Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty at Revival Diamond

At Revival Diamond, our foremost commitment is to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry and lab-grown diamonds. We guarantee that all jewelry purchased from our website is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Additionally, we assure you that the optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

Our diamonds and jewelry adhere to the highest standards and are crafted using top-tier materials. Each item undergoes meticulous inspection at our factory and distribution facility before it is shipped to you.

We extend a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers, regardless of the price or type of item purchased. Please note that this warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is applicable exclusively to items bought from Revival Diamond. It is non-transferrable.

While we stand firmly behind our products, there are specific defects that we must exclude from the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

  • General wear and tear, including scratching, trauma, loss of center stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
  • Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care, such as exposure to chlorine (e.g., hot tubs or swimming pools) or contact with chemicals (e.g., perfume).
  • Precious metals and prongs naturally wear down over time through regular use, which can lead to prongs opening up and potential stone loss. This is considered part of normal wear and tear, not a manufacturing defect.
  • Loss of a stone due to trauma or damage is not covered by the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Any third-party repairs or services performed on your jewelry by a company other than Revival Diamond, including ring sizing or other repairs, will void your warranty.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase related to manufacturing, please email us at customerservice@revivaldiamond.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your jewelry to us. Upon receipt, we will inspect the jewelry to determine if the damage is covered by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. If it is, we will carry out the necessary work or, at our discretion, replace the item at no charge and ship it back to you. In cases where the damage is not covered by our warranty, we will send you a price quote for the required repairs. Upon your approval of the quote, we will proceed with the repair and return the item to you using standard ground shipping.

We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to the center stone (e.g., chipping, cracking, or breaking). While diamonds are durable, they are not indestructible, and everyday wear and tear, especially on rings, can result in damage.

Repairs

Over time, your jewelry may require maintenance and repair due to regular wear and tear. We offer these services at our US facility and strive to keep repair costs affordable while ensuring the integrity of your piece. It's essential to note that third-party jewelers' repairs will void our warranty. Some common types of repairs we provide include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, re-polishing, re-plating rhodium, and thorough cleaning. You only need to cover the shipping cost to send the item to us, and we'll handle the return shipping. For international orders, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer ring resizing due to taxes imposed during importation. If you have any questions regarding Revival Diamond's return policy, please don't hesitate to contact a Revival Diamond customer service representative.

Free Ring Resizing

If you've ordered a ring from us and it doesn't quite fit, don't worry! We're happy to offer one free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for US Orders. It's a straightforward process: send the ring to us, and we'll take care of the resizing and return it to you. If, for any reason, we determine that resizing is not possible to achieve the desired size, we'll inform you and provide options for either placing a special order for the required size or returning the ring as is.

Moreover, we provide free ring resizing up to one time per year for a lifetime for US Orders. Once again, you only need to cover the shipping cost to send the ring to us, and we'll handle the rest. There's no charge for resizing! Please keep in mind that we will resize rings as long as it maintains their integrity. Excessive resizing may render a ring unable to be resized further, and in such cases, you may consider a new setting or other repairs at an additional cost to achieve the desired fit.
