Revival Diamond is delighted to offer free shipping options for both FedEx, USPS, and UPS services for customers in the United States and around the world.

For our valued customers within the United States, we provide the following shipping options:

Some of our most sought-after items are readily available and will be shipped within two (2) business days. Your order will be sent via FedEx 2Day® for U.S. addresses and FedEx Economy for international addresses (with delivery in 2-5 days), all at no additional cost to you. If you need expedited delivery, simply choose FedEx Priority Overnight® at checkout for an extra fee. Please note that order processing may take up to two (2) business days before your item ships. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number.

Most of our items are custom-made and typically take about two (2) weeks to create before they are ready to ship. You will receive an ESTIMATED Shipping Date, which you can find on the product page, in your shopping bag, during checkout, and in your order receipt email. While most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, some may ship shortly after, depending on production times and quality control. Just like with In-Stock items, your order will be shipped via FedEx 2Day® for U.S. addresses and FedEx Economy for international addresses, all with no additional charge. If you require expedited delivery for U.S. orders, you can opt for FedEx Priority Overnight® for an extra fee. Please note that the creation and processing of your jewelry order may still take up to two (2) weeks before shipping. Once your order is en route, you'll receive an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number.

Choosing FedEx Priority Overnight® for expedited delivery will not impact the production and processing time of your jewelry order.

• A signature is required for the delivery of all orders.
• We only ship to physical home or business addresses; P.O. Box addresses are not supported.
• Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address for security reasons.
• FedEx will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Revival Diamond, and we will contact you to determine the next steps.
• Orders bound for APO/FPO addresses will be transferred to USPS for final delivery.
• The risk of loss and title of the item are transferred to you, our valued customer, upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address information, or address updates.

All pricing on our international websites is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning the displayed price includes the item's cost, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. Additionally, we offer free shipping and free returns for 30 days, so you can shop worry-free without unexpected fees or charges at checkout.
