Since we source our lab-created diamonds directly from diamond growers, we can guarantee that our pricing is among the most competitive in the market today.

How Does Price Match Work?

A few key points to remember before requesting a Price Match:

Price Match is applicable to loose diamonds only, and it's a complimentary service.
Our Grown Brilliance Customer Service team consists of full-time employees who are dedicated to ensuring fair evaluations of Price Match requests.
Our Customer Service team doesn't operate on commissions, so they have no incentive to steer you toward GB diamonds. They'll assess your request fairly and ensure accuracy in the match.

To begin, compare our loose diamonds with those of another retailer, making sure to match the same quality attributes. These include the 4 Cs: Carat weight, Cut (including shape), Color, and Clarity. All four diamond characteristics must align between the compared diamonds. Ensure that the diamond you're evaluating is offered on a legitimate retailer's public-facing website, not from a private seller.

Why Only Price Match on Loose Diamonds?

Each piece of handcrafted jewelry is unique, varying in style, carat total weight, gold weight, dimensions, and craftsmanship. This uniqueness extends to diamond setting techniques, the number of polishing cycles, and rhodium plating thickness, among other factors. It's impossible to make an equitable comparison between such unique pieces. To simplify matters, we do not offer price matching on finished jewelry.

Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Price Match is available exclusively for loose lab-grown diamonds, not finished jewelry pieces. Diamonds eligible for setting in our Design Your Engagement Ring section also qualify for Price Match review.
The competing price must be publicly visible and cannot be part of a unique or individual sale. Diamond marketplaces that aggregate listings from various retailers are ineligible for the Price Match program.
The two lab-created diamonds being compared must possess identical attributes in carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape. Grown Brilliance agents will exercise sole discretion in determining whether the diamonds are comparable.
The Price Match Guarantee applies only before completing your purchase with us. We will not issue a partial refund for a Price Match requested after the purchase is finalized.
To verify compared pricing, you must provide our diamond consultants with a link to the competitor's diamond. All Price Match requests must be submitted via email to customerservice@revivaldiamond.com.
The competing diamond must be available from a legitimate certified retailer, not an individual or private seller. The Price Match Guarantee is not valid for resale or commercial purposes.
The lower price must be valid at the time of verification by Grown Brilliance. Expired offers or prices will not be considered.
Pricing of the competitor's diamond must be in USD.
The competitor's diamond must be available for purchase at the time of comparison and must be in stock.
Special promotions by the competitor, including rebates, gift certificates, bundled products, and "buy one, get one" offers, do not qualify for the Price Match Guarantee.
Pawn shops and auctions (both online and brick-and-mortar) are not eligible for the Price Match Guarantee.
The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any influencer or affiliate partner offers, including coupons, loyalty programs, rebates, or rewards partnerships.
Evaluation of Price Match requests by our agents may take up to two (2) business days. Customers will be notified of the decision, and if a Price Match is approved, a one-time coupon code matching the price will be issued via email.
